About CSI: The Partners
Jacquie earned her Ph.D. in psychology at Duke University in 1973. During the course of her 23 year career as a psychotherapist, she created the form of psychotherapy known as Integrative Group Psychotherapy: the Damgaard Model. She taught this group process to hundreds of professionals, both internationally and in her training center in Atlanta, Georgia In 1995, Jacquie retired from the practice of psychotherapy and began her study of professional coaching. She specializes now in work with individuals and business teams in the area of Executive Coaching. She trains corporate executives in the development of leadership competencies and corporate teams in the achievement of high impact team functioning. She is a graduate of Corporate Coach University and certified in the delivery of the Highlands Battery, the NEO-V, the Emotional Intelligence Inventory, the Lominger Career Architect, the Hartman Values Profile, the DISC, and the PIA&V. Jacquie co-founded Coaching Solutions International, Inc. in 1998 to work with individuals, families, professionals, small businesses, and corporations to achieve peak performance in any area. Jurate lived in Canada most of her life, where she raised her three children and participated actively in the Montreal business and cultural community. She speaks three languages fluently. This was an essential asset in her first career in international buying and management, as well as in her role as Envoy to the Lithuania Olympic Team in the 1996 Olympics held in Atlanta. In 1981, Jurate created and established the Parent Sponsored After-School Program for Edinburgh School in Montreal, Quebec. During her tenure as Director of the Program, it quadrupled in size and became a model for other Montreal schools for the extedned education of children with working parents. She left in 1994 to move to Atlanta, Georgia, where she now lives with her husband, Joe. "The love of family and friends is my highest life value. I enjoy supporting my children and grandchildren, as they grow and discover the beauty of life." Jurate co-founded Coaching Solutions International, Inc. in 1998 to be once again engaged in the personal development of others. She is responsible for all of the administrative and business activities of CSI. "Life is to be lived with passion and awareness, moment by moment, and season by season." |
